Kristin Sorra is an award-winning children’s book illustrator. She is the daughter of Filipino immigrants who settled in Baltimore, MD, where she was born. She remembers doodling inside a picture book as one of her earliest memories. She earned a BFA in Communications Design with a focus on illustration at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY, and has since illustrated numerous picture books. Kristin lives in New York’s Hudson Valley with her husband and blended family of three kids and a foxhound.
