Isabel Roxas is an author/illustrator, micro-publisher, ceramicist, and avid reader. She was born in Manila, Philippines, and was raised on luscious mangoes, old wives’ tales, and monsoon moons. She is now based in New York City, completing the third installment of her award-winning graphic novel series The Adventures of Team Pom. Her latest picture book, Leo’s First Vote by Christina Soontornvat is a playful yet earnest introduction to voting and elections, comes out in September 2024.
