Roehrig, Artemis

Rainbow Science

Artemis Roehrig* is the author of numerous books for kids, including the science experiment book Rainbow Science, four titles in the Tattoos that Teach series, and five picture books (with co-author Corinne Demas) such as: The Grumpy Pirate, Are Pirates Polite?, and Do Jellyfish Like Peanut Butter? Amazing Sea Creature Facts. When she isn’t writing, she co-hosts the STEM Women in KidLit Podcast. She’s also a research scientist at the University of Massachusetts where she works with invasive insects.
