
Caroline Kusin Pritchard is an author of many books for kids, including Gitty and Kvetch (illustrated by Ariel Landy, a Tablet Magazine Best Jewish Picture Book of 2021), Where is Poppy? (illustrated by Dana Wulfekotte, called “a perfect story for all ages” by School Library Journal), What Jewish Looks Like co-written with Liz Kleinrock (illustrated by Iris Gottlieb) and The Day the Books Disappeared co-written with Joanna Ho (illustrated by Dan Santat). Her picture book The Keeper of Stories (illustrated by Selina Alko) released in February and has received three starred reviews and is a Junior Library Guild Gold Standard Collection. Caroline also co-hosts the Kidlit Happy Hour podcast alongside author Joanna Ho. Caroline has an MFA in Writing for Children and Young Adults from Vermont College of Fine Arts. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband (Tavita), four kiddos (Afi, Manu, Leone and Tala) and their 120-lb dog (Misha).
