Valerie is children’s book author, social worker, advocate for individuals with different abilities, and mother of three. Valerie has written various works on different abilities including Violet’s Victory, and a graphic novel that readers will find out more about soon! Valerie also conducts presentations on different abilities for elementary schools, takes part in public speaking engagements, and has even modeling adaptive furniture for Pottery Barn!
