Sudipta Bardhan-Quallen considers herself an expert on cats and hats, though only one of those looks good on her head (and it’s not the one you think). She’s written over sixty books for children, including CATS IN CONSTRUCTION HATS, ALPACA GOES BACK-A TO SCHOOL, ROXIE LOVES ADVENTURE, and the PURRMAIDS chapter book series. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, three children, and two adorable pugs named Roxie (the one who loves adventure!) and Clementine.
